WHO IS
THIS FOR?

If you’re to squeeze in a quick boxing session, or looking to get started with boxing for the first time, the Golden 30 is a a half hour, one-on-one personal training session designed to help improve overall fitness while still challenging yourself.

Our Golden 30 program is also great for individuals who are recovering from physical illness or would prefer a shorter training program.
