Off Ice Training Dynamite Hockey Development is not just about on ice training, it’s about how much work you put in off the ice. Our program includes the best dryland training plan that is guaranteed to build strength, speed, agility and most of all confidence. We use different types of cross training to develop an all-around athlete by combining body weight, plyometric and cardio training exercises in every work out. Our focus is to build overall strength of body and mind. We believe that our program can provide the best off ice training that any other spring program has to offer and we pride ourselves on that! DHD also offers yoga with our certified yoga instructor, so that these athletes can learn to stretch and allow their bodies time to recover

  • March 31st 2020 - June 12 2020
  • 2 ice sessions per week
